Client would be able to monitor the study at any time.

On Request Support

ETB Facilitates housing room(s) and husbandry services

Client will have access to all rooms needed to perform study without assistance from ETB Staff.
Client is charged emergency hourly rate for qualified staff assistance*

On Request+ support

ETB only performs parts of the study assigned by the client

Client has full access to perform all needed services with ETB's assistance as scheduled.
Client is charged standard hourly rate for emergency staff assistance**
